Only a Hafidh can classify if the Hadith narration is strong or weak. التصحيح والتضعيف وظيفة الحافظ والألباني بم يكن حافظا بل كان وهابي مجسم من فتاويه تحريم السبحة للتسبيح. Al-Albani was not a Hafidh and so you see his name classifying hadiths weak or strong, know that he is not reliable.
